DESCRIPTION:
65.0 MW Natural Gas Fired, Combined Cycle Cogeneration plant consisting
of a single gas turbine generator exhausting into a three pressure Heat
Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) supplying steam to a single condensing
steam turbine generator with double extraction.
Plant consists of the following systems that are controlled via the
Distributed Control System.
- Gas Turbine Generator (GE – Frame

- Steam Turbine Generator (GE) - Limited

- Heat Recovery Steam Generator (Deltak)
- Duct Burners (Coen)
- Electrical System Monitoring with
integral SOE
- Export Steam System

- Fuel Gas Compressors
- All Balance of Plant Systems – Condensate,
Feedwater, Fuel, Mechanical Auxiliaries, etc.
CONTROL EQUIPMENT:
- Leeds+Northrup MAX 1 DCS with the following
components:

- (3) Redundant Distributed Processing

- (3) Remote cabinets to handle specific
areas of the plant
