DESCRIPTION:
150 MW Natural Gas/Oil Fired,
Simple Cycle Cogeneration Plant consisting of three gas turbine generators
exhausting into three, three pressure Heat Recovery Steam Generators
(HRSG’S).
The HRSG’S are connected
to common steam headers which supply steam to the adjacent
International Paper Company
mill.
Plant consists of the following
systems that are controlled via the Distributed Control System.
- (3) Gas Turbine/Generators
(Westinghouse 251B12A0) – Limited Control
- (3) Heat Recovery Steam
Generators (Nooter Eriksen)
- (3) Duct Burners (Coen)
- Emissions control via
SCR/Ammonia injection (Mitsubishi)
- Export Steam Systems,
(HP @ 900 PSIG, IP @ 350 PSIG, and LP @ 60 PSIG)
- Electrical power export
- All Balance of Plant Systems
– Condensate, Feedwater, MU Water, Mechanical Auxiliaries, etc.
