ENERGY SERVICES EPC CONTRACTOR: EBASCO SERVICES INC DESCRIPTION: 150 MW Natural Gas/Oil Fired, Combined Cycle Cogeneration plant consisting of a single gas turbine generator exhausting into a three pressure Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) supplying steam to a single condensing steam turbine generator.
