DESCRIPTION:
1000 MW Natural Gas Fired, Combined Cycle Cogeneration Plant consisting
of two power blocks. Each power block consists of two gas turbine generators
exhausting into two, three pressure Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG)
supplying steam to a single condensing steam turbine generator.
Plant consists of the following systems that are controlled via the
Distributed Control System.

Electric) – Limited Control
- (4) Heat Recovery Steam Generators
(Vogt)
- (4) Emissions Control via SCR Ammonia

- Auxiliary Boiler System (ABB)
- Electrical System with integral SOE
