DESCRIPTION: 25.5 MW Natural Gas/Oil Fired, Combined Cycle Cogeneration Plant consisting of a single gas turbine generator exhausting into a dual pressure Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG), supplying steam to a single condensing steam turbine generator. Plant consists of the following systems that are controlled via the Distributed Control System. Gas turbine generator (Stewart & Stevenson LM-2500) – Limited Control Steam Turbine Generator (Existing) – Limited Control Heat Recovery Steam Generator (Vogt) Duct Burner Interface to existing conventional package boiler Emissions control via SCR ammonia injection (Hitachi) Alarm and data acquisition from package systems Electrical System Monitoring with integral SOE Export Steam System @ 40-80 KPPH, 500 PSIG All Balance of Plant System – Condensate, Feedwater, Fuels, Mechanical Auxiliaries, etc CONTROL EQUIPMENT: Leeds+Northrup MAX 1 DCS with the following components: (2) Operator Stations (1) Operator Station Second Screen (3) Auto Backup Controller File Pairs (1) Distributed Processing Unit (DPU) for SOE 706 Total I/O Supplied: 150 AI 40 AO 288 DI 112 DO 40 TC 20 RTD 8 PI 48 SOE SPECIAL FEATURES: Stewart & Stevenson LM2500 Datalink IBM PC Interface for Remote Monitoring, Plant Performance Calculation and Reports
