DESCRIPTION:

220 MW Natural Gas/Oil Fired, Combined Cycle Cogeneration Plant consisting of a single gas turbine generator exhausting into a three pressure Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) supplying steam to a single steam turbine generator. 

Thermal export supplies steam to the adjacent International Paper Company mill.

Plant consists of the following systems that are controlled via the Distributed Control System.

Gas Turbine/Generator (GE – Frame 7F) – Limited Control

Non-reheat Steam Turbine Generator (General Electric)

            Heat Recovery Steam Generator (Nooter Eriksen)

            Duct Burner (Coen)

            1750 PSIG Auxiliary Boiler (Cerrey)

            Export Steam Systems, (HP @ 1250 PSIG)

            Electrical power export, monitoring and integral SOE

All Balance of Plant Systems – Condensate, Feedwater, Fuels, Mechanical Auxiliaries, etc.
