DESCRIPTION: 190 MW, #6 and #2 Fuel Oil Fired, Combined Cycle Generation Plant consisting of a single gas turbine generator exhausting into a three pressure, Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) and 2 Power Boilers supplying steam to a single condensing steam turbine generator. Plant consists of the following system controlled via the Distributed Control System. CombustionTurbine/Generator (GE - Frame 7 EB) – Limited Control Steam Turbine Generator (General Electric) – Limited Control Heat Recovery Steam Generator (Vogt) (2) Power Boilers (Peabody) including Combustion Control Diesel Generator Electrical System with integral SOE All Balance of Plant Systems – Condensate, Feedwater, Circ. Water, Mechanical Auxiliaries, etc.
