DESCRIPTION:

1200 MW Natural Gas Fired, Combined Cycle Cogeneration Plant utilizing (3) Gas turbines in a single shaft configuration each with a three (3) pressure HRSG and reheat steam turbine.

Steam (up to 190 tons/hour) and electricity will be supplied to the adjacent BP Chemical facility.

The following systems are controlled via the Distributed Control System.

            (3) Single-shaft Gas/Steam Turbines (Mitsubishi 701F2) – Limited Control

            (3) Generators (GEC Alsthom)

            (3) Heat Recovery Steam Generators (Austrian Energy & Environment)

            Steam Header

            Electrical System

            Water Treatment System

            All balance of Plant Systems – Condensate, Feedwater, Fuel Gas, Mechanical Auxiliaries, etc.

Moore Process Automation Solutions APACS DCS with the following components:

              Combination of Coax/Fiber Optic Data Highway

              (4) Dual Screen Operator Stations

              Single Screen Operator Station

  Single Screen Supervisor Station

              Dual Screen Engineering Station

              Redundant I/O servers

  Dedicated Historian Server

  (17) Redundant Advanced Controller Module Pairs

  (14) Remote cabinets to handle specific areas of the plant.
