DESCRIPTION:

49.9 MW Waste Coal Fired Cogeneration Plant.

Plant consists of the following systems that are controlled via the Distributed Control System.

(2) Bubbling Fluidized Bed Boilers (Combustion Power Co.) 50 KPPH, 1500 PSIG, 1000F

Steam Turbine Generator (Mitsubishi) – Limited Control

Electrical System Monitoring

Water Treatment System

Combustion Control

Export Steam Systems @ 40 KPPH, 175 PSIG

All Balance of Plant Systems - Condensate, Feedwater, Circ.Water, Mechanical Auxiliaries, etc.

CONTROL EQUIPMENT:

Leeds+Northrup MAX 1 DCS with the following components:

(2) Operator Station Second Screens

(6) Auto Backup Controller File Pairs

(2) Single Controller Files

(5) Remote cabinets to handle specific areas of the plant
