DESCRIPTION:

560 MW Low BTU Gas/Distillate Fired, Combined Cycle Generation plant consisting of three gas turbine generators exhausting into three-three pressure Heat Recovery Steam Generators, (HRSGs) supplying steam to a single condensing steam turbine generator. 

Plant consists of the following systems that are controlled via the Distributed Control System.

• (3) Gas Turbine/Generators (GE – Frame 9E) – Limited Control
• Steam Turbine/Generator (General Electric) – Limited Control
• (3) Heat Recovery Steam Generators (Vogt)
• Demineralizer System (Glegg)
• Auxiliary Boiler
• Circ. Water and 12-cell Cooling Tower
• Electrical System

All Balance of Plant Systems - Condensate, Feedwater, Fuels, Mechanical Auxiliaries, etc.

CONTROL EQUIPMENT:

Leeds+Northrup MAX 1000 DCS with the following components:

• (5) Graphics Processors (OPS)
• (2) Applications Processors (EWS)
• (5) Non-redundant Distributed Processing Units (DPU)
